The Method
The Daily 36. Bodyweight only, no equipment, no excuses. Built around the truth that 1% better every day compounds into a body — and a life — you don't recognize.
36 minutes a day. Bodyweight only. The method my wife runs through every pregnancy — and the method I rebuilt mine with after eight years on and off the bottle. For any woman who refuses to lose her body to motherhood. For any man trying to come back.
This isn't motivation. It's structure. 36 minutes a day — built so it fits around pregnancy, postpartum, post-shift, post-fall-off. Works at home, in a hotel room, in a parking lot.
The Daily 36. Bodyweight only, no equipment, no excuses. Built around the truth that 1% better every day compounds into a body — and a life — you don't recognize.
Football. MMA. Boxing. Eight years on and off the bottle. Lost a brother to it. TRT cycling, low-T depression, a torn bicep and a fall-off. Coaching is the work that gives me my body back, daily.
Two kids in. One on the way. Same method I'll send you. The body she's holding through every pregnancy is the body any woman can keep. You don't have to give up your body to give your kids a life.
I played collegiate football. Did MMA. Boxed. Built a body that did exactly what I needed it to do — until eight years ago, when my wife looked at me and said we were living two different lives. I was drinking seven days a week. She gave me an ultimatum that night. I gave myself the next morning.
Eight years later we have two kids and one on the way. I've been sober. I've fallen off. I tore my bicep in September, came off TRT, didn't want pills, started drinking again. Got sober a few months ago. That's the truth — recovery isn't a finish line, it's a daily rep.
Lost a brother to this. Uncles, grandfathers, aunts. Coaching is my way back, every day.
What I learned is this: my body is the method. My wife's body is the proof. She's held it through every pregnancy using the same 36 minutes a day I'll send you. So have I.
